Steve Balassone - President/Owner
Fascinated at an early age by how an idea goes from plans to completion, Steve earned a degree in construction management from Clemson University, worked for a production builder for a number of years, obtained his residential and commercial building inspectors license, and eventually followed his passion and founded his own company.

We are a hands on builder and I am personally involved in every stage of construction.
